Sagem Wireless - phone for old age people


French company, Sagem Wireless introduced their latest mobile phone at Mobile World Congress 2010 (MWC 2010), called Sagem Cosyphone, which is designed for older people, over 50’s market.

A key feature of the new Sagem Cosyphone is support NFC (Near Field Communication) technology that is a contactless feature able wireless high-frequency short-range communication to exchange data between devices, which are at a distance of 10 cm from each other. Sagem Cosyphone with NFC technology can be used without scrolling through menus on the handset. Users is able create pre-configured and customized tags (or shortcut cards) for friends, doctor, and family.

The Sagem Cosyphone will be available via mobile network operators. It is an easy-to-navigate user interface and a simple yet elegant design.
